Lead rehabilitation physician
MUDr. Tomáš StejskalTomáš Stejskal leads medical care at RehaGym. With every client he starts with an initial examination of the musculoskeletal system, supplemented where indicated by an ultrasound scan right in the consulting room, and from it he derives the plan: what to treat, what to train and in what proportion. He chooses rehabilitation procedures individually, with an emphasis on active rehabilitation and self-therapy – so that the client does not become dependent on healthcare in the long term and can influence their own condition. He is the physician of the RE.CODE® club – setting members' balance of training and recovery and tracking their progress at follow-ups – and oversees the RE.START and RE.LIFE programmes. "Together we give the body back its confidence."
