Q: Can you help me with back pain?

Yes – back pain is one of the most common problems people come to us with. We use effective physiotherapy methods that have helped thousands of clients. We focus on strengthening the deep stabilising muscles, correcting postural disorders and teaching you how to look after your body.

Q: Can physiotherapy be combined with personal training?

Yes, and we strongly recommend it. Combining physiotherapy and training is the most effective approach: physiotherapy treats and restores, training strengthens and prepares you. Our physiotherapists and trainers work closely together.

Q: How does physiotherapy at RehaGym work?

Ideally, physiotherapy takes place in several steps: diagnostics, manual therapy, exercise, education and prevention. Our physiotherapists use a combination of traditional and modern methods. The aim is to restore function, relieve pain and stop the problem from coming back.

Q: Do you offer rehabilitation after surgery or injury?

Yes. We help clients after joint and spinal surgery and other procedures, as well as after accidents and sports injuries. Our specialists know the rehabilitation process inside out and will guide you from immobilisation all the way to full functional recovery.

Q: Do the physiotherapist and the trainer work together during neurorehabilitation?

Yes – and that is the very basis of success. The physiotherapist focuses on the therapeutic side and restoring function, while the trainer helps with strengthening and functional training. Their collaboration leads to better results.

Q: How often should I come for physiotherapy?

The frequency of therapy depends on your condition and goals. We usually recommend starting with 1–2 sessions a week, or more in the acute phase. Your therapist will recommend the optimal frequency based on your condition.

Rehabilitation System

The BTL-4000 Premium rehabilitation ultrasound is a physical therapy device that we use at RehaGym to complement physiotherapy. One unit combines electrotherapy, therapeutic ultrasound and combined therapy – so the therapist can precisely target pain, muscle tension or tissue recovery according to your findings.

About the technology

Physical therapy does not replace active exercise – it prepares the tissues for it.

Treatment takes place as part of physiotherapy: the therapist selects the appropriate procedure – electrotherapy to influence pain, therapeutic ultrasound to warm and regenerate deeper tissues, or combined therapy for muscle trigger points. A session usually takes 10–20 minutes, is painless and is typically repeated in a series.

When it helps: acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain, post-injury conditions, muscle tension and support for recovery.
